1. Refund Eligibility - Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Payments: In the event of accidental duplicate payments, we will refund the excess amount promptly upon notification.
• Service Cancellation: If you decide to cancel our bookkeeping services within 10 days of initiating the engagement, you may be eligible for a prorated refund of any prepaid fees, excluding setup fees.

2. Refund Process - To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@msixbookkeeping.com. Include the following information in your refund request:

• Client name
• Reason for the refund request

Our team will review your request and respond within 10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items - Certain fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Setup fees: These fees cover the initial onboarding and setup process and are non-refundable.
• Services already rendered: Fees for bookkeeping services provided up to the point of cancellation are non-refundable.

4. Payment Disputes - If you believe there is an error in billing or payment processing, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may result in the termination of services.

5. Changes to Refund Policy - MSix Bookkeeping, LLC reserves the right to update this refund policy. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of services implies acceptance of the updated policy.
